Shipping policy

Where we ship from. Our products ship from our partner warehouse in China.

Where we ship to. We ship to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico. We currently do not ship to Guam, other US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on all orders to the 50 US states and Puerto Rico.

Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time. Once shipped, most orders to the contiguous United States arrive within about 8-14 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Holiday season. During the holiday season, delivery can take longer than usual because of higher shipping volumes. If you would like your order to arrive by Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 8. We cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Order tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Import duties and taxes. For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are included in our price. For standard orders, you should not be charged any extra fees at delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a duty or tax on your order, please contact us before paying and we will take care of it.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking has not updated for a long time, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please email us. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.
