Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your order. For any request, please email us first at shay221290@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before we reply.
Damaged, defective or wrong item. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You do not need to return the item.
Lost package. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will check the tracking with the carrier. If the package is lost, we will send a new one or give you a full refund.
Wrong size: one free size exchange. Each order includes one free size exchange. If the boots don't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery and tell us the size you need. We will send you the new size at no extra cost, and you can keep the first pair. This is one exchange per order.
Change of mind. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as:
- the boots are unworn (trying them on indoors is fine),
- they are in the original packaging, and
- all 4 boots are returned.
How it works:
- Email us at shay221290@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
- Once we approve the return, we will email you the return address. Returns are shipped to our address in Israel.
- You pay the return shipping cost.
- When the return arrives, we will refund the price you paid, minus a $12 return handling fee. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Original shipping was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.
